Good morning, good morning, good morning!
Stocks go up, stocks go down. Amazing Friday. How great was that Friday, right? I mean, MicroStrategy ($MSTR) up, up, up, Dell ($DELL) up, up, up. I mean, First Solar ($FSLR). So, let's talk a little bit about how you get better and what you need to know.
Guys, there's a big storm here, huge, huge storm. Tornado warning and all this, so if something happens, power goes out or something, we should be okay, but you never know. So, just know that, okay?
So here's the thing that happened Friday. Now look, I'm going to tell you, if you guys pay attention, you can become good. If you're just thinking and want to make silly comments and stuff... had some silly comments on Friday while we're trading and things are doing great, people are just acting stupid. Don't be that person, okay? I'm telling you, if you want to be great, you gotta get serious when it's time to get serious.
So, First Solar ($FSLR), and it's going to happen again today, First Solar is way, way, way higher. Okay, First Solar was up on a Friday. Five points out of the money on a Friday. Max on First Solar that I've ever seen is like 70 cents. Five points out of the money, okay? They were $3. They were $3. So now, I'm like, I don't want to buy First Solar at $3. It's too expensive, five points out of the money. If it doesn't go anymore, I'm going to lose $3.
So then you say, okay, what is the pin action off of that? And that pin action is Enphase ($ENPH), right? And Enphase was at $119, and the $120 calls were $0.60. So we buy them at $0.67, popped up a little bit. So if First Solar was going to go, then Enphase was going to go. That's it. Very straightforward. So we bought that and we sold them at $2. And they went to $3, they went to $4, they went to $5, they went to $6, they went to $7. $0.70 to $7. Very straightforward trade.
Okay, and that's how you trade. That's how you trade. Maybe it wouldn't have gone, but why risk $3 when you can risk $0.70? Okay, now those First Solar went up to $5 and then they closed at $1. They closed at $1. So you would have lost money on those, and ours, we did it good. And then Dell ($DELL), we had Dell, we had the $60s, and we sold those at $2 from $0.60, and they went to $7. So think about it, $0.60 to $7, $0.60 to $7 on Dell.
And then we had MicroStrategy ($MSTR), we bought at $10, they went to $110. We bought them at $4, they went to $30. We bought more at $2, they went to $10. I mean, that's trading in and out, in and out, in and out.
So today you have Nvidia ($NVDA), wants to fly, it's up $30. It's up $30. Think about the moronic people on Twitter that keep telling you it's not real. I mean, guys, I'm telling you, one of the best things, and I mean, I just say it like it is. I'm not these, these guys, nobody's coming on here and talking like all these other services do. I'm telling you, if you even follow one stupid person, you should fail and you deserve to fail. That's it. Don't follow dumb people, okay? Very straightforward. Don't follow a single troll. There's too much good information out there. There's too much great information.
This Beth Kig is a good trader. She just provides information, and last night I was telling somebody she posted out there that last month in April, Taiwan Semi ($TSM) came up with 10.8% growth. Okay, month to month. April, this was an April number, and this came out, I don't know, two weeks ago, three weeks ago.
So I'm going to give you a quick quiz here. So why is that important? Why is that important? The information she posted is not important. It's old. It's not important because it's already factored in. But what she did post is very important because she said that was April's number, and that means May's number is coming. So does that come out on June 1st, or June 2nd, or June 3rd? And that number becomes huge. And if it's up 5%, the market's going to go down. If it's up 11%, everything is going to scream. Everything is going to scream.
But it also tells you, just like an indicator, just like a CPI or something, that it's coming. Now what day? I don't know. We're going to have to go look at it, okay? So this is why you follow smart people. Very straightforward.
Okay, then the Taiwan Semi CEO went and visited ASML ($ASML). They went and visited ASML. There's a huge deal coming. It's up $17. This thing can easily get to $1100, $1200, $1300 in the next six months, etc. Interesting, right? This is the type of information that's out there that you should be paying attention to. Okay, very, very straightforward.
Then we see, then we see, then we see. Okay, so you can become great if you pay attention. That First Solar trade that we did yesterday, the Enphase trade, was a genius trade. It was genius level. Putting in $0.60 versus putting in $3.
Okay, now today, First Solar ($FSLR) is flying again. Looks like it wants to get to $300. I actually like the $300s if you can get them for about $2.10. We'll look at those. We like Enphase ($ENPH). Enphase over $131 flies. Nvidia ($NVDA) out over, there's a $1030 and then there's a $1032. Now here, let me tell you something else. Let's say you go out there at open, you buy the $1030s or $1130s, and it goes to $1120, and then it goes down $50. Is that a winner or a loser? Okay, very straightforward. You have to be ready to sell those. SMCI ($SMCI), we got last week, hit $1175. They went to $23, and then they went to $10, and then they went to $4 in 10 minutes.
Okay, you have to be ready to trade them. Okay, and today, let's see what happens. Dell ($DELL) is flying. That looks great. SMCI ($SMCI) is flying. Enphase ($ENPH) is flying. First Solar ($FSLR) is flying. They look great. You got Nvidia ($NVDA) and you got ASML ($ASML). And then you got Avago ($AVGO). The other one, Lamb Research ($LRCX). So those are the ones in play today.
So then we see, then we see, then we see.
Okay, let's get started.
Good morning, good morning, everybody.
Stocks go up, stocks go down. SPX is up.
Let's see, SPX is up 8. That puts it at 5212, 5312, 5321, 5352. Underneath, 5251 way down there.
Broadcom ($AVGO), 1436, 1452 accelerates it.
Nvidia ($NVDA), 1103, 1109 looks like it can get to 1132 and then maybe 1150. I believe 1170 is where it overtakes Apple ($AAPL), highest valued.
ASML ($ASML), 972, it's right here. 1000, 1121. Taiwan Semi ($TSM) went there. Do we get a deal coming up in the next week or two? Somewhere that Taiwan Semi buys all kinds of ASML equipment? That would rocket this sucker to 1100.
Lam Research ($LRCX) still waiting for that 1017, then 1052.
Booking ($BKNG) a little bit better. Everybody's traveling, every airport is full, every airport is full in the US. Okay, 3851, 3913.
PANW ($PANW), a little bit better, just sitting there. Doesn't look great but doesn't look bad. CrowdStrike ($CRWD) trying to hit 371.
AMD ($AMD) a little bit better, 172, 176.
First Solar ($FSLR), 288 and 300.
Enphase ($ENPH) looks like 131.
ARM ($ARM) needs to get through 118, still not there.
MicroStrategy ($MSTR), Bitcoin's a little bit lower. Can't get through 72,000. If it does, you got 1730, 1800. Don't overpay for MicroStrategy. You got to do them on a Friday. You can buy them, but don't get crazy buying 500 points up.
Eli Lilly ($LLY), a little bit better, 816.
Coinbase ($COIN) trying to go, trying to go. 241, 244, 266. Beast.
SMCI ($SMCI), very straightforward. 932, 966. If it gets over 966 and holds, this thing may not stop to 1200.
Dell ($DELL) runner, runner, 171.
No down on Workday ($WDAY), should not be, but that's okay.
ServiceNow ($NOW) Still needs to get to 791.
Microsoft ($MSFT), no man's land. 432.
Tesla ($TSLA), no man's land. No reason to be in Tesla. There are so many great stocks being played, why are you playing Tesla?
Meta ($META), no man's land, doing nothing.
That's what we know. That's what we know. That's what we know.
Okay, First Solar short interest. First Solar is a play on power for all the data centers and everything else.
Okay, that's what we know. That's what we know.
Everybody have a great trading day. See you in chat.
