Good morning, good morning.
Stocks go up, stocks go down.
Look, we started the year with COIN 0.00%↑ lower and caught the big one, very nice. Then, we caught LLY 0.00%↑ to the upside.
So, you have to understand LLY 0.00%↑ , right? You have to be in these things, when they break a beast number.
We've told you many, many, many times you can't miss a beast number. Okay, you can't do that because if you do, that's when you lose money. That's your opportunity to make a lot of money. But more so than that, it's how people trade.
And see, nobody on Twitter teaches you this stuff.
NOBODY. NO money manager is going to ever teach you this stuff. And even if you work at GS 0.00%↑, they're not going to teach you this stuff, okay?
So, how does this work? I told you yesterday, I'm going to tell you again. LLY 0.00%↑ has a number of 603. If it gets to 601, everybody is going to take a shot and they're going to buy the stock. They're going to buy the stock. I mean, that's why it moved so fast. It was at 601. We tried to buy the 610 WEEKLY CALL, and I'm paying $2 more than the ASK and he didn't fill me. So, before even canceling that, I bought LLY 0.00%↑ 620 CALLS. You know, and he's asking, I think he was asking 80 cents, and I put in $1.50 and he gave it to me at $1.27. Now, maybe it would have gone to $1.50, but it didn't, and it worked. Right? So, you just have to understand this.
When you understand this, you do fine. And if you don't understand this, then you don't do so well. If you're waiting for something to happen and then it happens, very simple, right? If it happens, then you have to be in it.

We waited for 603. So, what happened? This is what they did:
They bought the stock with a 600 stop, maybe 599-598. If you do that right, if you do that, then your risk to the downside is 1-2 points. That's why it took off. So, all those orders came in and it rocketed higher. So, when it rocketed higher, it took everything up. And now, those guys, think about it. You buy the stock at 601-602. You have 2 points of downside. You have a stop, and you have 20-30-40 points to the upside, right? Not rocket science, right? Not rocket science at all. So, that's what people did.
Now, you have the same thing that's going to happen again. It's going to do it again, and it's going to do it again, right? And it's going to do it on the next beast number, which is right for NVDA 0.00%↑. When NVDA 0.00%↑ breaks 500, 502-503, everybody AND their mother is going to buy the stock, okay? They're going to buy the stock. That's going to make the option go way higher. So, when that happens, that's when you make a killing. That's when you make a killing, okay?
Interesting, interesting, right? So, it's that simple.
So, why would you do that, Sam? Why would you do that? You think it may not break 503? If NVDA 0.00%↑ goes to 501, why would I buy it? Because if it goes, it's going to go to 520-530. THATS the big money. That was LLY 0.00%↑, and that's why you had to be in it. You wait, you wait, you wait. See, you can't miss something. You wait for that long. I'm telling you, you just can't miss it because you will get beat up. Okay? Don't get beat up. Okay? If you miss it, that's where you make your money. And when you make that money, you're really, really happy. Okay?
So, and that's the start of the year. So, we have 4 events that we're waiting for.
We had this LLY 0.00%↑ 603, and it took off to 632. Grand slam. So, you're waiting for that next number now.
Now, you're waiting for NVDA 0.00%↑ 500.
Then, you're waiting for MSFT 0.00%↑ to release co-pilot numbers. When does it happen? I don't know, but that's what you're waiting for, right? You're waiting for the co-pilot numbers.
Then, you're waiting for AMD 0.00%↑. AMD 0.00%↑ continues to go lower. Why does it go lower? If the CEO comes, we have a better product than NVDA 0.00%↑. Their product sucks, to use the language. It's not half as good as NVDA 0.00%↑. It's not a quarter as good as NVDA 0.00%↑. It's not a tenth as good as NVDA 0.00%↑. Okay? Don't let anybody tell you that, because if it was that good, it would have already sold out. It would be sold out, and it hasn't sold out. So, if it hasn't sold out, it's not going to do anything. Okay?
Interesting, interesting. So, just wait. Wait, wait.
Now, maybe they come out with the news in six months or three months or two months. Same thing, co-pilot. I mean, just be honest with yourself. Why would anybody pay $35 if your company and co-pilot? Do you think if you have 50,000 employees, all 50,000 are using it? At best case, maybe 1/4 of the people are using it. That's best case. Okay? Until you have a use case.
So, that's what I know. That's what I know.
And so, LLY 0.00%↑ is going to sell directly to customers. Does this take out 632 and go to 651? Very possible. Now, here's the thing with LLY 0.00%↑. You need to remember this. Don't forget. The last time LLY 0.00%↑ hit a new high of year is good for one more week, and then for eight weeks, it was unplayable. Was unplayable. Okay? So, if that's the case, don't screw it up and buy two, three, four, five weeks out, because maybe it doesn't get great.
Now, if you're going to sell directly to customers, how do people use insurance? I mean, this news is not as positive as you think on LLY 0.00%↑. Direct to customers is okay, but it's not. Most people are not going to pay for... They're not going to pay $500 for this drug a month. They're not going to do that. Okay? But what they're going to do, LLY 0.00%↑ is going to use coupons to make sure it's only like $25 and stuff, and they're going to sell it. And that's all fuzzy math… It's fuzzy math because they're going to say, 'Oh, this company is going to pay this company, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.'
Okay? So, interesting, interesting, interesting. So, that's what we know.
Think about LRCX 0.00%↑ down 60. NVDA 0.00%↑ was at 500. It's down 25. AVGO 0.00%↑ down 70. BA 0.00%↑ down 22. I mean, CAT 0.00%↑ down 19. SNOW 0.00%↑ got a downgrade today. It's down 16, nevermind it's down 18. It's 181. I mean, look at this. It keeps going lower. Going lower, going lower. So, wait, wait, wait, wait. Don't force trades!
You need an SPX up 20-25. If it goes lower Monday and it breaks, it may accelerate. Okay? So, just understand. Maybe it goes up. Maybe it doesn't, but it may accelerate. Okay? That's what we know. That's what we know. You sit and wait.
AAPL 0.00%↑ continues to go lower. Let them all go lower. Let them go lower. Chill and wait. Bitcoin ETF may be approved today, tomorrow, maybe in three days. Is it sell the news? I keep telling you.
So, a guy sent me this message. I don't know how true it is. Okay? We get a lot of customers. So, if you take the Bitcoin market cap, let's say Bitcoin is worth a trillion dollars. And you take 1% of a trillion dollars. Okay? What that's their revenue. Okay? See, I post this stuff and people freak out. Oh, Sam, you're wrong. Well, Sam's not wrong. And Sam's so cocky. He knows he's right. Okay?
If you're a custodian of account, JPM 0.00%↑ , let's say they go to TXN 0.00%↑ and Texas Instruments says, 'Manage all these people's IRA.' Okay? So, they got 40,000 accounts. Do you really think, let's say there's $100,000 in there, TI is going to say, 'Oh, we're going to give you 2%.' They're not giving you 2%. They're not even giving you 0.001%. So, where's COIN 0.00%↑ going to make their money? People are going to trade in and out. Actually, they're going to trade less. They're not going to trade in and out. So, COIN 0.00%↑ does have some, they're going to get some revenue, but they're not getting that much revenue. Okay? They're not getting that much revenue. So, just understand that. Understand that. And if you do, you'll do just fine. You'll do just fine.
So, COIN 0.00%↑ , they're going to make a little bit more, but does it be, 'Oh, I'm just going to manage people's accounts. We're not going to manage them. We're just going to custodian them. We're just going to give them a thing. How much money are they going to get?' They're not going to get a lot. And that's what we've been telling you. But it's been in the squeeze. And did they squeeze it all the way up? Absolutely, they can. Doesn't mean they do, but they can. But now, if they don't, then they're going to squeeze it way, way, way lower. Right? So, if that happens, then we go way down, way down, way down, way down. Okay. How far it came from 70?
Look at all these UPST 0.00%↑ . AFRM 0.00%↑ , they're all going lower. AAPL 0.00%↑ down a ton. Okay. So, realize that. Realize that. Realize that. That's the market we got. That's the market we got. Okay.
But when NVDA 0.00%↑ hits 501-502, maybe it goes to 530, 540. But you can't not be in it. Okay. So, those are the four events you're looking for.
Outside of that, let's see what happens.
If NVDA 0.00%↑ goes to 481 and holds, then it's going to go away out. If it doesn't hold, if it does not hold, okay, then everything will go lower and we will break lower.
SPX up 2-3. What is it up? Down one. Now, trying to break down 4721, 4752 up, 4671 down, 4630.
ADP was strong. ADP was strong.
Why do I want jobs and everything to go bad? Let them just stay here.
Everything is good.
Inflation's coming down.
I went and got food yesterday. Everything is lower at WMT 0.00%↑ . Everything is cheaper at Walmart. They're calling it rollback, but it's not little. I mean, so for 25 years, I bought a case of Pepsi. 24 for $4.99 or $5.99 at Walmart. It went to $13 yesterday. It was nine bucks. Bread way up there at $3-$4 the last month and a half. $1.99. Okay. So just understand that. They are coming lower because these companies, oh, none of their stuff is selling.
Look, think. You know me. You know the thing that's hilarious to me? Even the stuff that doesn't cost you anything to ship, these people got crazy. The potatoes that come in, you know, I forget what potato, the ones where you just add water and throw in the microwave. Those used to be like 50 cents. They took them to $1.50, $1.50! And they're so lightweight. There's nothing there. Okay. It doesn't cost them. Maybe it cost them 10 cents more. They took them to $1.50. Yesterday, they went to 80 cents. He dropped the price in half! So my opinion is the company never raised the price. WMT 0.00%↑ said, let's screw everybody and they raised the price. Okay. So just understand that.
AVGO 0.00%↑ 1052. It's right there. 1021. 1122 up.
NVDA 0.00%↑ 481, 488, 451.
